Microsoft Pinball Arcade Wrapper 1.0

Usage:
======

Take the wrapper and the manifest file and drop them in your pinball arcade folder.
Double click on the wrapper to set your settings and you are done! You can now pass command line options to the wrapper and
it will launch the correct tables or the entire gui, depending upon the exe name you send.
Worries about the cl syntax, the coin insertion and navigation through the pba gui are now history!
Almost everything can now be controlled with the mame defaults.

Navigation in the PBA gui:
==========================

It's regular navigation basically....
Up and down moves you through the pinball tables, left and right cycles through the options at the bottom of the screen.
Any of the 4 start buttons (1-4) or the coin buttons will activate a selection.
Your exit key will automatically exit out of a table, or menu and will exit the gui if you are on the main screen.
Remember, your pinball keys are redefinable in the options menu of the pba. I suggest you match your visual pinball setup.

When launching an individual table, the controls are the same.... basically your coin keys now work and the table will exit
upon the exit key press.

Notes:
======

Don't define the spacebar as the exit key, other than that, pretty much any key is fair game.

You can use the wrapper to launch individual tables or the entire pinball arcade gui.
Don't worry too much about the command line syntax, as this wrapper features "smart" parsing.
Basically if you get a table's exe name in there somewhere it knows to launch a table, otherwise, it looks to see if
"launcher" is in the command line. If it is, it launches the whole gui.

A catver and dat file are included with this package. They are in dragon king style folders for the benefit of my users
but feel free to remove them and use them in your favorite fe however you like.

launcher (the pba gui) is given the category of "Multiplay" in the catver.ini because this cat is used for multiple games on a
single cabinet according to triggerfin's catlist standards. This also makes it easy to filter off the gui, which you might
not like.
